By the length of the source video you put in, or just the part you select. Partial minutes round up. Editing a short or re-rendering it in another template uses no minutes, and minutes from a failed job come back automatically.
Any minutes left 30 days after you bought the pass expire. It’s not a subscription, so you’re never charged again automatically.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying a pass and we refund the share you haven’t used, pro rata by the minutes left on it; if you haven’t used any, you get the full price back. Request it through Paddle at paddle.net or by emailing our support. Refund policy
The new minutes are added, and every pass you still have is extended to 30 days from the new purchase. Refunding the new purchase cancels that extension too.
Prices on this page are in US dollars (the Japanese page shows yen). Orders in USD and JPY are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which runs the checkout, adds any tax and sends the receipt. Card checkout opens soon; until then you can start with the free trial.
